When do I make payments?
You can read our terms and conditions document by clicking on each individual home's 'Terms' button.
Some guests that stay for a longer period (over 14 days) request a mid-term clean, which can be arranged in advance through our management company for a standard fee.
Final payment of all rentals, options, and taxes are due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
